Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on PreDrag Digital are generally non-refundable.

1. No Refund Policy
Once a product is purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• You receive a corrupted or incomplete file
• The product is significantly different from the description
• Technical issues prevent access (verified by our team)

3. Resolution Process

If eligible:

• Contact us within 48 hours of purchase
• Provide proof (screenshots / issue details)
• Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days

4. Replacement

In most cases, we will provide:

• A corrected file OR
• Access to an updated version
